The Citadel Arts Centre is in the heart of St.Helens town centre, and can comfortably cater for meetings of up to 30 people in the Lynex Hopkins Room or the Dance Studio. Meanwhile, the Auditorium is ideal for large presentations, and can accommodate 161 people seated and up to 300 standing.

The performing & visual arts centre was voted by The Independent as one of the top 10 jazz & blues venues in the UK, making it an unusual conference venue with a creative atmosphere.

It is a contemporary venue having been fully refurbished with a glass elevator, new café/bar & balcony plus a dance studio.

Road Directions

The Citadel is situated in the heart of St.Helens town centre, just off the East Lancs (A580) & junction 7 of the M62. Free parking is available on the Leisure Scheme car park after 6pm weekdays & all weekend, close to the Citadel off Water Street.
