Newton Heritage Trail

The Newton Heritage Trail includes stops at Castle Hill, the Former Vulcan Foundry Locomotive Works & Village, the Sankey Canal, Stephenson Viaduct & Newton Common. The Trail can be enjoyed as a circular route of about 10km or in smaller sections, according to the amount of time you have or the effort you want to put in.
