The Museum, which has been open to the public since 1994, houses a unique and extensive collection of historic public road vehicles from the North West region. The Museums collection represents over 10% of the national stock of preserved buses and coaches. The collection is made up of 68 vehicles, largely buses, and a wealth of information and the associated materials relating to each exhibit.
The North West Museum of Road Transport will open every weekend from 12pm to 4pm to the public. (please call for opening hours relating to group bookings)
Admission is £3.50 adults, £2 concessions and Family (2 adult 2 children or more £10).

The North West Museum of Road Transport is situated in the heart of St.Helens town centre, near to Theatre Royal and Just Mackintosh, just off the East Lancs (A580) & junction 7 of the M62. Parking is available opposite the Museum
Public Transport Directions
The main bus terminal and St.Helens Central Railway Station, with excellent rail connections to & from Liverpool & Wigan, are both nearby.
