Free Music Mecca workshops in mc-ing, dj-ing and street dance

The Citadel’s Music Mecca project is now underway with workshops in MC-ing, DJ-ing, scrap band and street dance taking place at 1-2pm every Saturday throughout the year.

The workshops are FREE, held at the Citadel Arts Centre in St.Helens town centre and will be led by industry professionals, tailored at those who are beginners or already have some experience in their chosen interest.

Also, on the first Friday of every month starting on Friday 7th May, the Citadel will also be launching their new under 18’s dry bar night “Epochalypse.” The night will feature DJ Leo ( Resident @ The Purple Pussycat, Manchester ). Expect to hear some of the finest club anthems with a twist. Epochalypse will be the only dedicated Club night in St Helens for under 18’s and tickets are likely to sell very fast so get yours now by calling the Citadel box office on 01744 735436.
