Get your heart racing at Haydock Park Racecourse... Whether you are entertaining clients, having a day out with friends or celebrating a special occasion there is no other sport that offers as much excitement and value for money as a day at the races. The thrill and spectacle is second to none. Located half way between Liverpool and Manchester and just off junction 23 of the M6, Haydock Park is the North West's premier dual purpose Racecourse which hosts high profile Group and Grade I races. This is the second family fun day of 2010 and we have lots of family activities in store for you and the children including; a 36ft inflatable pirate ship, face painters, balloon modellers and seaside fun and games! REMEMBER...Children aged 17 and under get in for free when accompanied by a paying adult and all activities are FREE too!

Children aged 17 and under get in for FREE when accompanied by a paying adult. All activities are also FREE. Group discounts for parties of ten or more are available for tickets booked prior to the event in the County, Tattersalls and Newton Enclosures. These group booking discounts are not available on the day.

Road Directions

By Road

Haydock Park is located just one mile from junction 23 of the m6. Racegoers with reserved car park passes and coach parties should enter the course from the A49. The main car park is accessed from the A580 East.

Public Transport Directions

By Rail

The nearest train station to Haydock Park Racecourse is Newton-le-Willows on the Manchester (Piccadilly) to Liverpool (Lime Street) line. On the main London to Glasgow line the nearest stations are Warrington and Wigan which are both approximately 8 miles from the racecourse. For detailed rail information please call 08457 48 49 50.

By Bus

Visitors can travel to the racecourse by bus using the following services: The 620 (St Helens to Bolton via Ashton and Haydock) and 320 (St Helens to Wigan via Ashton and Haydock). For journey times please call 0870 608 2608.
